HRD: Human Resource Development

Over eras humans have been at the heart of any technological or cultural development, found on earth. This resource is vital for achievements of any civilization, and training of human resource has been an integral part of any civilization's success. State government has been proactively considering initiatives to support the different strata of human resources in biotechnology. For the inclusive development of biotech manpower, GSBTM has initiated training programs for graduates and post graduates. Programs to enhance their competitive spirit and soft skills, entrepreneurship skills, industry ready skills, building public consensus on the practices of biotechnology and many more are promoted by GSBTM. These initiatives have touched lives of large number of stakeholders, and GSBTM continuously endeavours to increase these number. In the current drive of Human Resource Development, GSBTM is in the process of conceptualizing newer programs for the biotech stakeholders of the state. These programs are conceptualized to enhance research and academic skills of the biotech workforce of the state.
