Summer Internship Program (Now Renamed Industrial Internship Program)
Biotechnology students in the state receive comprehensive training in academics and research. However, their exposure to the functioning of the biotech industry remains limited. To bridge this gap and help them make informed career decisions, they are provided
with internship opportunities in companies for a duration of one to three months, depending on the company's policies.
Industrial Internship Program in the biotechnology industry offers mid-education UG and PG student’s valuable hands-on experience in biotech companies. This program provides one month of industry exposure, enabling candidates to make well-informed decisions
about their future-whether to pursue a career in the biotech industry or continue in research.
Eligibility for Internship:
1. M. Sc. In Biotechnology and allied areas (First Year/2nd semester students)
2. B.E. (Biotech. 6th semester completed) Biotechnology and allied area
3. B.Sc. In Biotechnology and allied areas (Second Year/4nd semester students)
