DBT SKILL VIGYAN PROGRAM GUJARAT
The Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, has sanctioned the DBT Skill Vigyan program in biotechnology and Life Sciences, which will be executed in Gujarat through the Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission (GSBTM) for 3 years. GSBTM is collaborating
with six state academic institutions to provide student training programs.
The student training program will offer a three-month, hands-on, stipendary training experience to individuals at the entry level, including Plus 2 students, graduates, and postgraduates, specializing in various biotechnology fields. The curriculum for this
program is in alignment with the Qualification Packages (QPs) established by the sector skill councils, tailored to meet industry requirements.
